Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We're a self-own factory, can offer a full range of services: product design, manufacturing, stocking, and delivery on time which enable us to be your one-stop shop.
Q2: Can you Send me a sample?
A: Yes, we can offer customer free samples that value under $50, but you know the international shipping cost is expensive, we will honest hope our customer can accept the shipping cost, absolutely, If customer have DHL or fedex account, we can send free samples very soon.
Q3: Do you have any MOQ limit for order?
A: Our standard aluminum profile and accessories which we have stock, low MOQ is acceptable. For the customized aluminum profile or non-stock items, there will require 300-500kg MOQ to support the production line. If you can't order 300kgs one time, the set up cost can also support to start a small order.
Q4: What's the production time for new moulds and mass production?
A: There will need about 7 to 10 days to open the new molds, then we will send customer the trial sample for approval before mass production, after the sample was approved, it will take around 10 to 15 days for mass production for a normal 40 High Q container.
Q5: How about the length for the profile?
A: The standard length of aluminum profiles is 6 meter longs, we can cut the length as you need, and the tolerance can control under 0.5 millimeter.
Q6: Do we have full range of accessories to support any assembling of the aluminum profile?
A: We are able to supply full range of accessories to assistant to assemble the profile to a complete project. Example, Inner or external bracket, screw nut, hinge, kinds of connectors, wheels, profile joint, panels, floor element, roller tracker, etc.
Q7: What is the payment terms?
A: The common payment way is by T/T, And also we can accept small order paid by PayPal, western union. Our payment terms are 50% deposit, and balance before shipment. Or 100% deposit if your order is not so big.
Q8: What certification do you have?
A: We are certificated by ISO 9001, our factory is reliable and good quality can be guaranteed. We have QA to inspection all the goods before shipping to ensure you got the cargo in good condition.
